[Ror-es] crear primary key

para hacer las relaciones has_many_belongs_to me tendría que crear la 
tabla intermedia, cómo puedo crear los primary key para prod1 y prod2?

 def self.up
    create_table :prod_prod, :id=>false do |t|
      t.column :prod1, :integer
      t.column :prod2, :integer    
    end  
  end

  def self.down
    drop_table :prod_prod
