[Ror-es] error en dispatch.fcgi

Hola Amigos,

no arrancar mi applicacion con FastCGI y Apache ... cuando vero el log
del apache sale esto:

[Fri May 04 16:56:31 2007] [warn] FastCGI: (dynamic) server
"/var/www/html/rails/ptest/public/dispatch.fcgi" has failed to remain
running for 30 seconds given 3 attempts, its restart interval has been
backed off to 600 seconds


alguna idea??
