[Ror-es] Sobre índice TIOBE .Re: About rails

Sucede que descubrí que el indice tiobe [1] trata de manera muy injusta 
a ruby, pues no contempla todo lo que el desarrollo de rails.

Yo le pregunte al webmaster que como hacía para incluir a rails, que 
ultimadamente ya no siquiera le dicen ruby on rails. Y el muy orondo 
contestó que no incluía a rails porque era un framework, que tampoco lo 
hacía con otros como "Cocoa" de (Objective-C), "Ajax" de (JavaScript), 
"ASP" de (Basic), "MFC" de (C++).

Yo le riposté que como hacía para discriminar en un lenguaje los 
frameworks, pués hay lenguajes que tienen muchísimos, incluso algunos 
frameworks pequeños poco distribuidos y que por la naturaleza de ruby 
que maneja la filosofía de DRY, tiende a trabajar todo en base a frameworks.

El mencionó como lo ven abajo que iba a mirar mi punto.

A parte le comenté que no era lo mismo usar un framework que trabajarlo 
(hacer desarrollo con el).

Además como ustedes ven en la lista de supuestos frameworks que el pone 
arriba confunde tecnologías con frameworks, que son cosas muy 
diferentes. (Igual no menciona que saque a cakephp, symfony, Django, 
struts, turbine, tapestry, cocoon, y un larguísimo etc. de tantos otros 
lenguajes: Eso explica porque uno tiene la sensación de que rails 
avanza, pero el índice tiobe quedó igual).

De todo esto queda claro que el famoso índice tiobe está haciendo 
mediciones absolutamente injustas con respecto a ruby y la realidad de 
su uso como lenguaje, prácticamente es incierta.

Agradecería a quien tengan un mejor manejo del inglés (Yo lo leo bien, 
pero no escribo igual), que posteara este mensaje adecuadamente 
traducido a la lista de Ror en inglés, para que ayuden a enderezar la 
balanza ante tal injusticia.

  and forget that i only use Ajax, i don't program with this. Is
important have not mix the use with the development.
